Let Clarotech take the paper out of your work
- A clever database/app designed to eliminate paper where possible. and records a digital signature into a pdf Docket

- A tool that coordinates and manages you vehicle/driver/jobs in real-time.
Initially Clarotech are rolling this system out primarily for the construction waste sector waste, but have designed the system for all categories of waste.
The system was designed and created with data security n mind. The Waste Docket pdf file generated remains in the ownership and control of the company that creates it. It cannot be altered or accessed by anyone without their express permission. Only the owner can authorise a copy to be emailed. All data is stored securely on cloud servers located outside Ireland but within the EU, and so the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation apply.
The launch and roll out of Clarotech’s eDoc is being coordinated with the NWCPO, the three WERLA’s, and the relevant local authorities.

Monthly licence fee: €9.99 per truck/lorry registered
EDockets: €0.19 per electronic docket created
Report facilities: Free – (included in Registration fee)
VehicleCheck: €0.19 per VehicleCheck Report created.
There is an estimated 90%+ admin overhead saving from using Clarotech when compared to the administrative costs of the current paper based Waste Transfer Docket system.

Clarotech eDockets is designed for nationwide use. It was trialled in Leinster in 2021 and will be rolled out across the country in 2022.
